We accept major credit cards but do not request them during the checkout process. Instead, for your ultimate security, we will contact you directly to obtain credit card information. Order online, it is simple and it is safe!
You can fill it in and fax it back, or just use it as a reference and call in your order.
I ship all orders USPS Priority mail. You will have your order within a week of ordering unless notified otherwise.
Once you receive your order we want you to be thrilled. If it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work for me. You may return your item for an exchange or refund, just send it back to me in its’ original condition within 12 days of original ship date. I stand
behind my product and want to know if you are not satisfied.
